I’m sorry I have to give a negative feedback but I’ve returned an item because it was 2 big.
1) the refund is not free so I had to ship the box. It cost me £30
2) the address provided (despite the fact I asked to double confirm it because it was a weird address with no street number etc) doesn’t seem to be accurate. I got the packaged returned to me TWICE. So I ended up paying £60

Wir haben der Kundin 2 x die korrekte Retourenadresse gegeben, es wurde uns 2 x nicht durch die Post/DHL zugestellt.
Auch die Rücksendeadresse wurde 2 x gesendet.
Retouren sind problems, allerdings aus UK zahlt der Kunde das Porto in Deutschland wir.
