The shipping was fast and the communication with the seller was very good, but the package arrived later than the time they had given me. In order to have good prices, shipments are standard instead of tracking shipments, I understand that that is where the delay in arrival comes from. The product is in very good condition and exactly as described in the advertisement.

Item was described as brand new, but the copy I first received was clearly used - missing the cardboard sleeve and plastic wrap, discs were scratched and dusty. Perhaps a customer return their warehouse had not checked properly. The case was also damaged as it was not protected properly for intl shipping. However, the customer service was very friendly and understanding and they sent a replacement copy in perfect unopened condition, without any quibbles or delay. Therefore thanks and 5 stars!
