prima Ware, leider Retoure (der ungeöffneten Versandverpackung!) wegen Doppelkauf nötig, Erstattung mit etwas Verzögerung (vier Tage nach Eingang der Retoure) und erst auf Nachfrage.
Begründung: "Wie Sie der Presse entnehmen können, sind die Rücksendezahlen katastrophal ansteigend. Das betrifft leider auch den Buchhandel, daher können Rücksendungen nicht tagesaktuell bearbeitet werden."
