Seller lied about condition of the product. Advertised as new open box item with 3 year warranty. Item arrived missing parts, damaged, scratched. Called and emailed seller multiple times for weeks both directly and via eBay with no resolution. Explained the item is no longer in Spain but Netherlands. They ignore this fact and request I return the item to the store which is physically impossible. I want my money refunded not able to send back item as already paid 52E to get product to Netherlands
