En este caso el cambio se efectuará siempre por el mismo artículo o referencia. Solamente le será facturado el primer envío, haciéndose cargo Belsa i Belsa Suministros Industriales S.L. de los portes correspondientes a la devolución y nuevo envío.

Si deseara efectuar un cambio por otro artículo, los gastos de devolución y nuevo envío no serán asumidos por Belsa i Belsa Suministros Industriales S.L.

- Producto que, por error, no responde al del pedido: Belsa i Belsa Suministros Industriales S.L. correrá con los gastos de recogida del producto equivocado y entrega del correspondiente al del pedido realizado.

- Devolución por decisión del cliente: si el producto no le gusta, no es lo que esperaba, o se ha equivocado con las especificaciones del mismo, el cliente debe asumir los gastos de devolución.

- Daños debido al transporte: si el daño es visible, deberá constar en el albarán de entrega. Nosotros le indicaremos cómo puede actuar para la devolución del artículo.

- Los productos conserven intacto su precinto de origen: El producto debe llegar en las mismas condiciones que llegó y no haber sido utilizado. No se admitirán devoluciones de artículos desprecintados en el caso de productos entregados con embalaje original.

- El artículo a devolver deberá estar correctamente embalado para su devolución. El precio a devolver es el que originalmente figuraba en el pedido, excepto los gastos de transporte, que sólo serán devueltos en caso que Belsa i Belsa Suministros Industriales S.L. sea responsable de la causa de devolución del producto.
