It arrived quickly and in good condition. We just assembled it and it seems to be what is need for our AC unit. We need to enlarge the cutout in the wall before we can complete installation but that is not an issue related to this product. (I do not understand why this manufacturer requires the sleeve to be purchased separately from the unit if it is required.)
