Ci siamo accordati con il cliente di spedirli il prodotto giusto che aveva sbagliato ad acquistare e per scusarci delle 2 fiale rotte, abbiamo proposto al cliente di non spedirci il prodotto che si era confuso di acquistare, senza farli spendere soldi per la spedizione, e li abbiamo spedito il prodotto che voleva dal valore di €50 a soli €15 inclusa spedizione. Cosa pretende altro??!! Per questa transazione abbiamo solo rimesso soldi e riceviamo anche lamentele. INCREDIBILE, CLIENTE DISONESTO!
