Communication could be better. I asked a question before the purchase, which was never answered. After the purchase, I asked for shipping info, and I only got a reply after I called them. The seller then provided the wrong tracking info. I understand it can happen, but to eBay, the clock is already ticking. Only the third tracking info was the right one. In the end, the item arrived past the original delivery estimate, which I had already thought to be too long. Overall, good price.
