After warching a tv program about a man with sleep problems i purchased these high potency vit B for my son in law to try. He has had problems getting to sleep and staying asleep and has had no luck with herbal remedies etc. Although he still occasionally still wakes, his quality and length of sleep has massively improved and he is much more relaxed as a result.
