Ai sensi dell’ art.52 del decreto legislativo 6 settembre 2005 n.206 (“Codice del Consumo”), il Cliente ha il diritto di recedere dal contratto di acquisto per qualsiasi motivo, senza necessità di fornire spiegazioni.

Il diritto di recesso può essere esercitato dal Cliente entro il termine di 30 giorni dal ricevimento della merce acquistata (trascorsa tale data il recesso verrà considerato chiuso e non sarà più possibile esercitare tale diritto). Il Cliente dovrà comunicare a Simpletek la volontà di esercitare tale diritto inviando una comunicazione esplicita alla casella di posta elettronica: vendite@simpletek.net e successivamente inviando il prodotto per mezzo di raccomandata o mediante una spedizione tracciabile a: Simpletek, Via Pier Luigi da Palestrina, 18, 52100 Arezzo (AR).

Una volta pervenutaci la suddetta comunicazione di recesso, il Servizio Clienti Simpletek provvederà rapidamente a comunicare via email al Cliente le istruzioni sulla modalità di restituzione, assegnando un codice univoco RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) associato alla propria richiesta che dovranno pervenire all’interno del pacco a Simpletek entro 10 giorni dall' autorizzazione.

L'onere del diritto di recesso conformemente all’ art.54 del Codice del Consumo incombe sul consumatore. La merce dovrà essere restituita integra, non usata, completa di tutte le sue parti e negli imballi originali.

In caso di smarrimento, furto, o altro la Simpletek si riserva il diritto di addebitare eventuali danni subiti. Consigliamo di effettuare la spedizione assicurata.

Ad avvenuta ricezione del prodotto da parte di Simpletek con relativo e corretto numero di RMA, il servizio clienti dell’ azienda provvederà a verificare l’ integrità della merce e la presenza di tutti i componenti e accessori a corredo del prodotto originale e contestualmente effettuerà il rimborso con la stessa modalità utilizzata dal consumatore per la transazione iniziale, salvo che il consumatore abbia diversamente convenuto a condizione che questo non comporti alcuna spesa aggiuntiva. Verrà decurtato dal rimborso solo il costo del trasporto e di eventuali servizi accessori (contrassegno, consegna al piano, consegna su appuntamento,etc..).

Per i prodotti i quali per promozione siano stati venduti con spedizione gratuita verrà decurtato dall’importo del rimborso il relativo costo di un trasporto con corriere espresso.

L’ azienda rimborserà tutti i pagamenti ricevuti dal consumatore, eventualmente comprensivi delle spese di consegna nei casi in cui si attesti difetto da parte dell’ azienda, senza indebito ritardo e comunque entro 30 giorni dal giorno in cui ha ricevuto i prodotti oggetto di richiesta del recesso.
