Horrible experience so far. I will delete my comment once the seller responds and resolve my issue . I bought this jacket which is Sherpa jacket and yes it has a tag . I bought this as a Christmas gift for my sister. The jacket came with a very strong plastic odor and the Sherpa fur looks yellow . It looks like it’s been in storage for years or some.

After this feedback from the buyer, I refund the money back to the buyer and she kept the merchandise for free and I never have the bad feedback removed and on top of that the Jacket was new with the price tag on it.
I did my part unfortunately I didn't get my 100% seller performance back.
