See attached photos. Sweater shipping was $8.49 for a plastic envelope. Contacted seller who offered a full refund on return of sweater. I had already paid over $30 and didn’t want to invest additional return shipping. As in the posted photo on eBay, the sweater is packaged with a ribbon. The sweater did not arrive like pictured. No care was taken in the quality of shipping. Because my trust has been broken, seller now has my money while I have a sweater with a hole and several picked areas.

In perfect condition, the color was exactly as shown (this has not been true with a couple of "red" items recently -- one was hot pink, one orange -- , so I was wary), arrived promptly with minimal packaging, and the price was right. Lands'End has discontinued this excellent lightweight warm jacket so I'd been cruising eBay and have been quite satisfied.
