Attractive! Very Attractive!! This is a provisional issue with a overprint on a Japanese stamp and the overprint is nicely placed so as not to cover up the image on the stamp. The stamp and overprint together make for a very interesting issue that is basic, crude by today's standards, but very appealing all the same. The shipping envelope took some damage coming from Albania to the U.S., but this and the other stamp I bought at the same time were alright. This is a good seller to look for.
