You will be advised by email of the dispatch date and expected delivery on the day of dispatch. If goods are damaged in transit or defective, you must inform us through eBay within 48 hours of receipt. Where an item is listed as sold with fault, no claims for defective items can be made and returns are not accepted. Items returned to us, must be returned in any original packaging with all accessories, manuals and/or documentation sold with the item. Adequate packing and postal insurance must be provided for any returned items. All returned items are subject to inspection by our courier and our returns department. If no defect is found, and the item is in full working order, the item will be returned to the buyer, and postage and admin costs will be charged. Such costs will be reflective of business time & postage. No refunds will be issued until the item has been inspected and any defect, fault or damage is established. If you wish to return an item simply due to not wanting the item we will accept returns, original delivery charges will not be refunded in these circumstances.
