Leider war der Artikel nicht wie beschrieben. Durch die einfachen Steckverbindungen war das ganze sehr instabil. Die benötigten Schrauben waren nicht vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage auch nicht, die müsse man sich selbst besorgen. Ich wollte die Rücksendung der Ware und schrieb eine Mail an Kesseböhmer. Leider bekam ich bis heute keine Antwort sodass ich mir eine Spedition suchen musste, natürlich auf eigene Kosten. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider nicht. Deshalb keine Empfehlung von mir.

Der Verkäufer so handel hat mir die Kosten für meine Rücksendung durch eine Spedition jetzt erstattet. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, dass es doch noch zu einer Einigung gekommen ist. Vielen Dank dafür.
