They sent me two different sizes. One 27,5 and one 29.
They replied late and they said that they do not have the specific product I ordered.
I chose to keep them. One I can use and the other is going to the garbage bin.
They wanted to help with the refund though.
I will give a negative feedback dure to the lack of profesionalism.

we mistakenly shipped two different sizes, errors can happen. We apologized and were immediately available to collect the goods at our expense and issue a refund but the customer didn't want to (we don't know why). There is no need to throw new goods in the garbage, we are willing to collect and refund them. Furthermore, he wrote to us in a very rude manner that, according to him, our "lack of professionalism" comes from this part of Europe. Truly disrespectful comment.
