1. Filter war “Artikelstandort = Deutschland”, de facto kam der Artikel aus Polen. Trotz ausführlichem Veto kein Einsehen.
2. Laut Beschreibung ist die Hundedecke bei 95 Grad waschbar. Laut Etikett dann nur bei 30 Grad. Absolut unzulässig, interessiert aber nicht.
3. Verkäufer bot 5% Preisnachlass an. Dem habe ich zugestimmt, weil endlose Diskussionen wenig zielführend sind. 5% für zwei solche Fehlangaben empfinde ich als unmöglich.
Nie wieder, denn so etwas gehört sich nicht.

Wir produzieren auch in Polen und die Ware war im Moment nicht hier auf Lager daher kamm aus Polen direkt damit Sie schneller bekommen-wo liegt das Problem?Auserdem die Decke ist bis 95 Grad waschbar denn wir haben auch hunde und waschen ständig .Es gibt kein Etikett mit 30 Grad !? Wir konnten auch Ihnen das Geld zurücksenden , Sie wollen aber nicht kooperieren sondern direkt negativ bewerten.Hmm
