Okay, here it goes. I bought open box from this seller. The seller has an issue with the IL USPS not getting off their asses and doing their job. I asked this seller for a refund which was promptly granted. On the day the seller refunded me, all of a sudden it hit my USPS. This is brand new, not used like a OBox Nail Gun that I got off of eBAY. It only comes in the shipping box wrapped with a lot of bubble wrap. I would buy from this seller again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This is not your problem

    The problem is most likely under the tub, which is a recall issue. Check to see if your model falls into this wide category before you buy this shock. Most likely it does. And by law, LG has to come repair your washer for free. Visit the CPSC website to see if your washer is included in this vast recall.

    This is a listing for an LG part but the actual part is a third party generic part that has slightly different geometry and entirely different materials, including a weaker spring that is not stainless.
