    This tea works. Definitely recommend it for pumping mamas :)

    I normally drink this tea when I am at work. I manage to express breastmilk twice a day during my working day and I am usually getting around 360-400ml of breastmilk. When I don’t drink this tea, I get just 280ml of breastmilk so it definitely works. The price is good as well.

    Gave me insomnia

    This item is a bit expensive for 20 tea bags. I started taking a heavily brewed and a lightly brewed once a day and it seemed that I had a slight increase in the first two to three days. After that however, it went back to the amounts before I started on this tea. The increase was very slight though, 10 or 15ml. But what it did produce was an almighty insomnia! During the days I was taking this tea and for another three days after, I could barely sleep and in consequence was uber tired during the day. It did taste nice and for someone who does not like aniseed like myself, I was pleasantly surprised with the flavour. Based on my experience though, I would not recommend this tea for the purpose of increasing milk supply.
