Thanks for an awesome well built product to be proud of. Fedex did a real number of the metal frame unfortunately. They really bent the crap out of it. I did my best to bend it back to a fitting shape and have been running the new filter all day. We have a new furnace in an old house, thus terrible return air volume. This filter eliminates the fog horn noise created by the air it moves. Looking forward to picking up one of your new model fillers one day. Thank you!
