Good product for the money. Purchasing the steel and associated parts to weld togeather yourself may end up with a better result if you have the skills/equipment, I do, but i decided to purchase this anyway to save time and i am happy. The price is good, the design using the bolts and support strap across the top is a good low cost idea. I did have to drill the hole out for the ramp mounting bolts bigger to get them to line up, but easy task if you have the equipment...... I am planning to use this regularly, so far on 2 trips i have done it is good product. To avoid legal issues, i am fitting some tail/brake lights to it and another number plate.

The instructions are too small to follow properly, one bolt stripped going into a welded nut. Ramp is nowhere long enough for use on a 4wd, angle is too great. Product is ok, looks strong enough. Would be far better if ramp was at least 1 foot longer. Was missing tow hitch clamp to stop movement, even though was meant to be included.

All in all a solid well built product that is fairly easy to install. I didn't go with the alloy one as I wanted a higher pay load for my 990 KTM. The instructions aren't 100% perfect but it's easy to just use common sense when assembling it. My only small gripe is the towbar hitch doesn't come with a stabiliser. It's an easy $15 fix but I would have preferred to pay more and have it came with an inbuilt one. I am still very happy with this rack as it is fairly cheap and it is extremely safe and solid. I give it a 5 out of 5 stars :)

I have only used the bike carrier once so far, and found it to be quite adequate for the job. You need to allow about an hour to assemble it initially, and then just a few minutes to fit to your tow hitch receiver. Take note you might need a bike rack number plate or relocate to main one from your car. On some vehicles the lights may also be obscured by the actual motor bike.

This product is awesome if your taking your bike from point a to point b on the road and don’t want to buy a trailer but not so good off road or for higher utes/suvs my stock Landcrusir is really hard to load the ramp keeps falling off but it’s great value for money if you have the coin I recommend racknroll bike carriers for off road use.
