I love this movie, I am so glad I watched it.

Bought because I saw the second movie and wanted to know the start of the story. Had I not seen the second movie, I would have been somewhat confused by the events of the first - for once, I would say a bit of expansion would have clarified (e.g., the poison berries). But, others in the family watched it (as a first introduction to the Hunger Games) and seemed to follow it OK. A bit quirky, but definitely worth viewing.
