Item is big, chunky and heavy. Item does not fit properly on the horizontal air vents. The phone holder wobbles and vibrates. After a few minutes of installation the phone holder broke my air vent due to being heavy and not supporting my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Contacted seller and he does not believe that his product is at fault because apparently I installed it the wrong way and used force which is incorrect. Why on earth would I want to break my own car. Seller not helpful at all.

Suction cup strong but the extension arm fell apart first day of being on the window on a main road but was a few bumps.
Contacted seller and have not heard back.
It has not done it again but bent the arm falling with the weight of my phone.
Had to plastic weld the side back on.
Requested warranty but no reply.
