However, I can only revise my feedback to Neutral as the Seller previously offered only partial refunds and only offered a full refund if I reviewed my negative feedback, which I had to post in an attempt to get them to fulfill their legal obligation.

Buyer beware! Cheap plastic! I payed extra for tracking but it wasn't added to the purchase. I had to message the seller to get the tracking number. It came in a cardboard envelope with NO protection .The scales came crooked, they wobble on the bench top, which for scales is bad! The top plate isn't on center either. I messaged the seller and after providing pictures they, offered me $3 aud. The scales cost $13.95 & $5 for postage. I begrudgingly accepted $7. I DON'T suggest you buy from them.

After only 2 days of receiving the band I notice some scratching on my wrist. Upon inspection found that the band and cracked. Contacted seller to get a refund and they have refused to send me a new band they have tried 1 dollar 2, 3 and half refund. But after only just receiving I just want a new band. Don't trust this seller scammer.
