I have tried for 4 days to get a simple answer to a simple question, all this seller wants to do is review photos or video. All I want is to satisfy my client, where this awning was installed and get paid. I will never recommend this seller as they are not even able to answer a simple question regarding this product. Zoom in on pics uploaded and you will see distorted cassette which twists when awning is only half way extended. Totally unacceptable. Awning fitted correctly as per instructions
