Hi thanks great guitar arrived in time for Xmas and was a hit however tuner doesn’t work appears to be missing a connection from battery to tuner when you put batteries in there is nothing connecting positive ends of battery to tuner and nothing comes on hoping if you can send a replacement part to make tuner power up would be great otherwise very happy with guitar please see attached photo showing batteries in place but no connection thank you Simon
