Item very much damaged and fit for dump. Exposed wiring, bent au plug, broken housing, damaged lid, front facade lifted, damaged box. It appears to be a damaged item that has been repacked and passed onto other purchasers. Exposed wiring would lead to execution. Fit for the dump which we are charged fees for. Please, please, be aware of this seller. Will report to relevant parties like prices and consumers affairs. Hasn't even past au standards. Complete rubbish

My order arrived damaged. I took photos and sent them to the supplier. I asked if I could return it for a refund as it was damaged. They said they would only give me a refund if I left a positive review! I refused as leaving a positive review would be a lie! They are not sending me my refund as I refuse to lie and get other poor customers to buy their products! This is absolutely disgusting! I have attached screenshots of the conversation
