The item was faulty and never worked. They did not respond to messages requesting assistance over eBay messages. Cheap quality. It had loose parts rattling around in the charger when it arrived. Ebay help with no use getting my money back from this faulty product. I've attached photos of it plugged in and turned on with no light flashing to prove that it's faulty. I've tested it with several batteries that are known good.
