What's not to like. Very easy to use. Not at all complicated. Being elderly and with poor eyesight, i needed something just like this oven. It's so very easy to use, just the right size for one and cleaning is a breeze. Im very happy with my purchase

I don't complain easy, very disappointed with product, it was cheap, but expect better quality. The handle was'nt fixed, had to use liquid nails to glue handle on, then purchased from local auto shop, silver tube paint, $20.00 to cover glue, all in all an expensive exercise. Also is made from alluminium which is a health hazard. Very sorry to give you a bad review, but one must be honest. Not Quite!
The interior is smller than expected. In the picture, it contains room enough for 3+ mufins, whereas in fact I can just fit in two muffins. And the wire tray would be a bit better if slightly deeper.
