A great machine. Only thing I would change would be the foot pedals = they are on a lean so my foot ends up on the front if the pedal. Not a major issue as there is a lip to stop my foot falling off the pedal.

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
