Excellent product. Our daughter has one she bought over 5 years ago and it is still in perfect condition so we bought the same brand. It only seems to come in one firmness, that is "medium-firm" and so we have added a memory foam "topper" to add some softness. This is just our preference and not a criticism of the product. I just want to let people know that they may want to add this; it was not a great expense and the zzz.atelier product is good by itself if you want that firmness.
