This series is a rare gem. It's managed to combine drama, comedy, intrigue, romance, sex, a touch of thriller/ horror etc. into a delicious mix with the threads of social/political commentary and satire running through it. In addition you have very flawed but engaging characters whose weaknesses and strengths allow you to relate to them as real people. If you're looking for an intelligent, thought-provoking, witty, sensitive and thoroughly original piece of television then I highly recommend this wonderfully written and acted show - that's all 5 seasons.
