I have nothing negative to report about this product. It is the third one I have bought for myself and then for daughters. It is light and easily thrown into handbag and has become essential for every day use. It has the smooth operation of all apple products - initially I bought a non Apple tablet to consider if this was something I would find useful - liked the tablet concept but hated the clunkiness of that brand so returned it and segwayed to the apple product - this was also beneficial as all apps on the iPhone migrated......I have bought a tempered glass screen for all iPads and that works well.
