I understand the item is cheap but this item was so poorly made that it's completely unusable. Such cheap elastic that it would not even stay on my bed and such cheap material for the actual "protector" that it tore simply trying to pull it over the mattress corner. Reached out to seller to resolve this before complaining but have received no reply. Had to throw item in the trash as it was completely useless to me. Waste of money and time, don't recommend.

Dear customer, it seems your order is for non woven mattress protector which is usually used as a disposable mattress protector in hospital etc. You contacted us on 5 am and we have replied your message on 8 am and we haven't heard from you yet. No worries. You can upgrade to terry cotton mattress protector which is much more durable and soft.
