My first Macbook Pro, apart from the cost everything has been great. Moving over from Windows has been easier than expected. Love: - The keyboard, I love the clicky low-travel keyboard - The screen - The battery life - Ease of use of MacOS - Large trackpad - Overall build quality Not so good: - Lack of I/O - Up and down arrows are a little small - Apple accessories are crazy expensive, need to pay for charger, USB-C cable, extension cord separately Overall I am very satisfied with this product but would only consider buying it discounted.

MacBook Pro Catalina is a bit too heavy on the security features, you can have too much of a good thing .Mail setup was a nightmare, the online technician took two and a half hours to get it going. No wonder I had to call for help. One or two other minor problems I managed to solve myself, but I am now keeping my fingers crossed nothing major crops up in the future.
