the seller have these on BOLD in the first line of the description, but have nothing comes with the service, dropped a dishwasher and that's all. Didn't install or remove the old appliances. The dishwasher delivered without any packaging and there are water come out from the hose!!! So I doubt it's not brand new product and no installation and removal service as promised.
