Wrong item sent out including the price. Seller offered to fix the issue and offer a discount to purchase correct item. The seller took a week to start the process and only after I got Ebay involved did a refund occur - seller didn't actually come through with any discounted offer but said they understood if I wanted to but elsewhere. I then purchased the correct item through another seller. Basically about 2 weeks of wasted time to achieve the purchase due to this sellers lack of service.

Unfortunately this seller uses Aramex, which is a terrible 'courier' service, who doesn't actually deliver parcels. They said they tried to deliver, but I was home all day, then tried for over a week to contact them to arrange collection but just never happened. Never got the parcel so I asked them to send it back. Seller attempted to help initially but then stopped replying, so needed to go to eBay to get a refund. Avoid if you want to safe a lot of hassle!
