Purchased dual monitors that were advertised as new, received message to say that they were actually "refurbished" and if I still wanted. Told them yes if they were in perfect working order. Received monitors and both had major issues with the display (big black holes in both displays, dead pixels etc). Immediately started the refund process and had to go out of my way to now rebox everything and go to an accepted return depot and waited weeks to receive my refund...Big ol' waste of my time...
