Item arrived on-time and well-packaged. Universal bracket design was not compatible with the Beefeater 5-burner 1200 Series BBQ, so I almost decided to return the item. However, because the potential cost of the return postage was the same order of magnitude as the cost of the delivered item, I decided to modify the brackets by cutting and filing a notch in the bracket so that the BBQ cover could be fully closed. Great customer service from this seller so happy to recommend them.
