I will NEVER recommend this seller to anyone. I purchased a New TORO electric yard mower from this seller and received a used mower. I reach out to the seller and the response was so rude. Didn't ask what the issue. I sent these same pictures that I've attached here and more to show them what I received from them. No resolution and one of the worst customer service experience I've had dealing with an Ebay seller.

Seller sent me a broke HP pen. Claimed it was a brand new pen and for me to send it back. But it was fair from new.
Leaving neutral feedback because I only had an ask for a refund once.
On a second note the seller doesn’t know how to talk to people in a professional manner.
