Love this product when I need it, gotta need it for it to work, though! Great value for the price, and quantity of capsules for the recommended max. dosing(one/dose on bottle, more MAY be recommended by a health professional). At times it makes me drowsy, other times makes me feel like I had a very calm sleep. Very much depends on where I'm at, great when it can be combined with a back-up product when a break from Tryp is called for.
