I was having problems with my Cannon 4500 and self cleaning did not fix the issues. I took the head out several times and cleaned it several ways but nothing seemed to work. I read that the print head has a rather short life expectancy which surprised me so I had to make a choice of whether to trash the 4 year old printer or spend half it's cost on an original replacement print head which did not thrill me. I found this replacement head at a price that suggested a gamble seeing how the 4500 printer is not a cheap printer. I bought the head and got it in a short amount of time. I put it in and after several self cleanings it primed itself and it has been performing like new. Very happy!

I had a a Canon iP4500 printer that was telling me the print head was bad. Cleaning it didn't help, so I bought this refurbished one on eBay. Now I have a working printer.

My original printer head clogged due to not using it while I was trying to find drivers that worked with Win10. I tried several cleaning attempts and gave up. The new print head is indistinguishable from the OEM and it works perfectly. After I printed a test page successfully, I stuck some glossy photo paper in and printed a full sheet colot photo and it was very high quality! I am very satisfied with the replacement print head.

Delivered in foil sealed package. Worked immediately on install with both black and colour printing (note: some cheaper printer heads will not print colour). Has saved me having to discard a lot of spare ink cartridges and buying a new printer.
