The Toshiba MK1032GAX gives off sounds of 28 dB.     Awesome. I look for these units all the time.

    Good for the money. I have three that work great. Have one still from 2006 that has been bounced around. I mean just normal usage bouncing around. Hard to find a external case for them though. Make sure you know what interface you need and have for this drive. It is very old.
