Shipped and received on time. Honest Seller. Seller was under the impression that item for sale was "new in open box". Actually item was not new. (He stated that item was probably the used returned item left in box from previous business owner's inventory), that had been mistakenly assumed as new. No malice on Seller's part. Total refund was issued immediately, (same day), upon my request.
