This was a no frills added buy, no charging cord, no case and no instructions. For me that was not an issue as I have one that recently died and this was a perfect replacement. I have all the extras already. Doing a full reboot and upload from my desktop put me in play again. Money well spent for me.

I have had a Palm product for many many years. This one replaced one that finally gave up. It seems to be working just fine. Not exactly like the one I originally had but close enough. It did not have the program that i used a lot, but I was able to bring it over from my old Palm and it still works fine.
