    Great sound, poor build quality

    They do sound great but the price is ridiculous and (for the price) the quality is poor. First purchased a few years ago and that pair broke after (ironically🤔) just over two years (they were never treated roughly as I always take very good care of anything I buy, especially items as expensive as these) Sent them back to Shure as the mmcx connection on one of the buds failed, (you can check this issue out in the customer reviews on Shure's own website) to be told they were out of the two year🙄 warranty* and I would have to pay for a replacement (at a reduced but still comparably expensive price) As I also own several other iems and high end headphones, the replacements have not been used so much and only used at home. Got them out this morning and noticed that one of the bud housings was ...

    Amazing Sound from a Tiny IEM!

    I bought these as an upgrade from my SE535s, and WOW! A huge difference... The SE535s lacked bass, but were amazingly clear. Now, the SE846s are just as clear, but now with bass! The SE846 is extremely expensive (you can find them second hand for much cheaper) but, will not disappoint. Sound isolation is amazing, like having full range speakers for earplugs, inside a sound room! Very satisfied with these, best IEM's for under $1000!
