It's a good product, reasonably priced. It's not the fastest, but it handles HDMI, VGA and DVI output for crisp resolution on monitors and Televisions. It is a 128-bit card, it comes with low-profile brackets and fits nicely in a PCI-e x16 slot. The product is end of life now, so PNY has chosen to ship it with at least three form-factors: the original silver (aluminum?) heat-sink which fits neatly in the space between two PC slots, a black heat-sink with bright orange fan which intrudes on the PCI slot right next to it and a large silver (aluminum?) heat-sink which also blocks the PCI slot next to it. The low-profile brackets do not work with the latter version of the card. If you need the PCI slot next to this video card (mine was a PCI-e x1 slot needed for a wireless card), make sure to get the correct card which you can tell by the slot across the heat-sink from top to bottom just to the side of the fan (and the wires for the fan leave the heat-sink immediately below the fan. There does seem to be a date on the box, like 3.11 which may help. Boxes with 5.11 are mixed and later are the larger heat- sink. Otherwise, I chose open box or used to ensure that I got the version which I needed.Read full review
This PNY NVIDIA GeForce GT 430 Graphics Card with 1 GB DDR3, PCIe 2.0 was (NOS) New Old Stock, and it was required to repair an older computer with a another brand of GT 430 Graphics Card that was defective. This new card worked well right after installation and I didn't need to do anything software wise, because I already had the latest drivers for this model card installed. As to the price along with the free shipping, I couldn't have asked for anything better for an ten year old computer. Old working used cards of this type were selling for twice as much as I paid for this NOS card. Mike Robbins

It was easy to install; fit right in and is very quiet. The driver updates were also easy to find--just went to the website, did a quick search and boom. I hadn't updated my graphics card since getting my computer and I like this one a lot better than my original. It's great for the games I like to play (DA Trilogy, Sims 3, etc) and even though it's a few behind the newer models it's still current enough that I won't need to upgrade again for quite a while. If you do purchase it I suggest making sure your power source is powerful enough so that everything runs smoothly. When I updated to this card I also replaced my power source from 250w to 430w and everything is fine.
