It arrived missing the keys and had signs of wear. I notified seller and received a full refund. I found the seller to be very responsive and has great customer service. Based on my experience, I would buy from this seller again.

This seller is deceptive; their "new" items are actually pre-owned. My experience was quite disappointing, as the Fitbit I purchased was falsely advertised as new but arrived in a noticeably dirty condition when I opened the box. The seller did offer a partial refund to encourage me to keep the item, but I chose to return it. Shockingly, the seller claimed that the item was missing from the returned box and accused me of sending an empty package. It's disheartening to encounter such dishonesty.

I did everything I could for this transaction. Despite this being new in a factory sealed box, you said it was used. Right. I approved the return and bam. Empty box. Say what you want. I’ve never had these accusations. Thanks.
