Product was received quickly and was packed well. The printer I purchased jams on everything I print. Printer was said to be guaranteed to work properly. I was willing to ship it back and get a different printer ( same model Kyocera 470DN ) of which they show they have several more. Seller blames problem on shipping and said if they sent me a different one it would do the same thing. Seller didn't take responsibility for selling me a lemon. Seller doesn't stand behind their warranty.

Had problem with printer. Contacted seller who seemed very willing to work toward a solution. Tech was supposed to call me the next day, but I didn't hear back for a week. That's why I left negative feedback. As it turns out they are short staffed due to COVID and technician wasn't in until today. Seller called me back and they are going to stand behind the printer they sold me after all. I want to retract my previous feedback and give them high marks for customer service!
