Mixed emotions
Seems to be cast aluminum So I was unsure about how much to torque down when putting it on the main line. Nothing in the instructions on how much to torque. I sure wouldn't want to crack it on installation. I used teflon tape and just snugged it down. It's holding the air but upon vibrations etc may have to re-snug. I used this to replace a craftsman regulator so 20.00 USD instead of over 100.00 seems like a good value. My original regulator had one port for tank pressure and one port for line pressure. This one only seems to show line pressure on both 1/8th inch side ports. Not a direct replacement
Physically this regulator looks identical to the one I replaced, but it is not the same. This unit has three regulated ports. The two on the side are for pressure gauges and the larger one opposite the input is the main output. The is NO port to put the input pressure gauge, so you have to install a new "tee" prior to the regulator to install your "input" pressure gauge.

Wont give you tank pressure otherwise a good regulator
It does a great job but with 4 ports you would expect that it would give you tank and output pressures. It only gives output pressired which means you can run two tools instead of one. That's not what most us need and the advertising doesn't say that or if it does, I didn't see it. Other then having to run a tee for tank pressure, it does the job

I was happy to find the regulator with 1/8" ports for the pressure/regulator gauges for my old Devilbiss air compressor. The internal spring was a little oversized for the unit so I had to shave it a bit to get higher air flow to my staple gun. This company ships fast and you get what you bought.

Not Craftsman OEM replacement regulator if you have a tank pressure gauge.
My Craftsmen compressor regulator has two gauge ports. One for tank pressure and one for the regulated pressure. This regulator has two gauge ports but both show regulated pressure. Had to use the body of the old regulator with the guts of the new regulator to see the pressure in the tank.
